As a Customer Success professional, you will have daily contact with our customers and close collaboration with our development teams – as well as an even closer dialogue with first line support. The proactive work with support is central to the role. You will identify needs early, drive improvements, and ensure a smooth and value-creating customer journey.
You combine problem-solving with development and contribute both in customer dialogue and in how we improve our working methods and digital services. Together in the E-commerce team, we set common goals and actively work to achieve them. You will become part of a strong internal community where we work together, support each other, and have fun. Your main responsibilities:
- Proactive support to create the right conditions for first line support, e.g., through ongoing communication regarding changes, updates of FAQs, production of training when needed, instructions, etc. for user support
- Support first line in helping the customer (Second line support)
- Develop, improve, and automate processes for reduced support in collaboration with others in the product development teams and with others in the same role
- Work closely with product development teams for the products the role is responsible for
- When relevant for the product, assist the customer with technical onboarding of the product.
- Conduct troubleshooting and follow up
- If necessary, participate in fairs and demo events
- Participate in testing and verification of product development
You will report to Malin Grandin, Acting Head of E-commerce.

You thrive in a role where you have daily first line and customer contact and want to make a difference by helping more people discover and use our digital services. You enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues and contributing to ensuring that both new and existing customers receive the best possible support – whether it’s about creating clear information, supporting first line support, or solving more complex issues in second line.
You enjoy conducting digital presentations and training sessions and have an interest in understanding how our digital services work in depth. Being involved in the development of the services, testing new features, providing feedback, and reporting bugs is something you see as a natural part of the job.
You appreciate working closely with development teams, product owners, and other roles to drive improvements and develop our working methods together. You are motivated by working towards common goals in a team where everyone contributes to our success.
