We are now looking for an engaged and knowledgeable Solution Manager with a focus on Security for a role where you will play a key position in ensuring that IT services meet technical and security requirements in line with the organization’s target architecture.

In the role of Solution Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that technical solutions and conditions within the given service area follow the organization’s guidelines regarding technical and security requirements.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Proactively identify relevant development areas/security solutions and drive them through

• Ensure that solutions within your service area meet the established technical and security requirements

• Participate in internal and/or external collaboration forms for the management of service delivery, both with suppliers and the business

• Control versions and configurations and assist the Service Manager in reviewing that the service lifecycle is managed and meets the security requirements placed on the service

• Have continuous interaction with the process organization and work according to the ITIL framework

• Assist the Service Manager and Vendor Manager in working with SLA and OLA KPI

• Set requirements for monitoring and capacity reporting

• Provide expertise in technical risk analyses

We also see that you have:

• Knowledge of federation protocols and authentication standards

• Knowledge of IAM principles such as role-based access (RBAC), lifecycle management, and access control

• Understanding of security and compliance requirements related to access management

• Deep technical knowledge in the IT security service area

• Experience in managing IT security services

• Experience in risk assessment work

• Experience from IT deliveries based on ITIL

• Familiarity with relevant governing regulations

• Relevant academic degree or equivalent education and experience in the field

Preferred:

• Understanding of/knowledge about the IGA platform Omada

• Understanding of/knowledge about IDP Curity
