About the Assignment

We are looking for a senior requirements analyst with an HRIT focus for a comprehensive change initiative within the airport and transport sector. The assignment includes both mapping HR processes and requirements analysis related to procurement and further development of system support for HR and learning.

You will work closely with the HR function, IT architects, and project management in an agile context with iterative deliveries and continuous dialogue. The role involves a clear responsibility for translating business needs into traceable, testable, and realizable requirements that support the organization's goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the work with requirements analysis throughout the project, from needs assessment to requirements specification.
  • Map, analyze, and visualize HR processes from both a central and local perspective.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes in working methods, routines, and processes.
  • Develop process descriptions using standardized methods and tools (e.g., BPMN or similar).
  • Plan, lead, and facilitate workshops and meetings with HR specialists and other stakeholders.
  • Document results in formats such as process maps, scenarios, user stories, and text-based descriptions.
  • Capture, structure, and ensure the quality of requirements in close collaboration with HR, system management, and development teams.
  • Establish specifications for functional and non-functional requirements as well as acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure that requirements are traceable, testable, and feasible within the existing HRIT landscape.
  • Drive and follow up on requirements work in sprint form together with developers, testers, and project members.
  • Manage changes in the requirements landscape and analyze the impact of changed HR processes.
  • Participate in the verification and acceptance of solutions based on the specified requirements.
Requirements
  • Documented experience in similar assignments within HRIT, including both process mapping and requirements analysis.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, competency management, payroll, and employment lifecycle.
  • Experience working agile in change projects with iterative deliveries.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex organizations and identify key personnel and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with requirements and process tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
Desirable
  • Experience in requirements work related to procurement of system support for HR and learning.
  • Experience in requirements analysis for the training process, performance process, and/or succession process.
  • Experience working with usability and non-functional requirements such as integrations and configuration options.
