Steuler-KCH Nordic AB is part of the Steuler Group and specializes in developing, producing, and installing corrosion protection for industries with highly specialized requirements. We offer solutions in several areas such as protective coatings, rubber linings, and acid-resistant coatings to protect industrial equipment from chemical and mechanical stress. You now have the opportunity to join our team in a role as a project manager. Our office is located in Sollentuna, northern Stockholm. As a project manager, you will have overall responsibility for your projects. From the first conversation with the customer, to planning, execution, and completion. Projects range from minor upgrades to larger expansion projects. You will work alongside installation managers and, if necessary, you will also take on the role of team leader.

Responsibilities

• Design and create calculations for projects, including estimating materials, resources, and other costs
• Set up timelines and staff projects in consultation with installation managers
• Provide installation managers with relevant documentation and conduct risk analyses
• Be the contact person and coordinator for all parties during the project's progress
• Invoice and share documentation with the customer upon project completion
• Manage changes (ÄTA)
• Order materials and ensure they are in place before installation
• Assign safety courses to installers
• If necessary, act as team leader for installers when the installation manager is unavailable
• Ensure that staff can travel from the airport to the workplace by booking cars and accommodations at respective job sites

About the role:

• Work on-site from the office in Sollentuna
• Travel outside Stockholm occurs, which may involve overnight stays up to once a month in the long term
• Working hours are Monday to Friday approximately 8-5, with the possibility of working at other times if the project requires it
• We apply permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is flexible and unpretentious. The role of project manager offers a wide range of tasks, which requires these qualities. As a project manager, you also need to be driven, feel confident in taking initiative and making decisions regarding your projects.

• Experience in a similar role as a project manager or another leadership position within the industry or construction sector
• Good communication skills and experience leading dialogues at various levels
• Good collaboration skills
• Experience in project administration, resource planning, calculations, risk analysis, and documentation
• Very good ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Driver's license B

Furthermore, we consider it an advantage if you have:

• Master's degree in engineering or another education with a focus on chemistry or technology
