Maintenance Technician for Test Equipment

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for Test Equipment who is passionate about maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing technical systems and equipment.

Your mission:

As a Maintenance Technician for Test Equipment, you will be responsible for the reliable operation, availability, and safety of the equipment in the client's testing facilities. You will perform maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of testing equipment and systems. The role also involves managing spare parts, coordinating external repairs, and contributing to root cause analysis in case of equipment failures.

Your tasks:

• Ensure continuous availability and correct functioning of testing equipment.
• Calibrate measuring devices and quickly report any deviations.
• Be responsible for purchasing, inventory management, and storage of spare parts for the test cells' instrumentation.
• Perform repairs on both simple and advanced units.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on various systems.
• Check and verify the functionality of all safety devices.
• Maintain test benches and associated facility equipment.
• Calibrate emissions measurement equipment and manage software-related data measurements.
• Coordinate with external suppliers regarding support, repairs, and refurbishment of equipment.
• Analyze fault reports, draw conclusions, and identify root causes of equipment issues.

Who are we looking for?

We prefer that you have practical knowledge acquired through education and some years of work experience in a similar role. You should be able to work independently, plan your tasks, and take full responsibility for your results. A strong problem-solving ability with a structured and analytical approach is important for success in this role. Experience in soldering is advantageous and seen as a significant benefit. Furthermore, you should have fluent language skills in Swedish and English.

The expected start date for the assignment is April 1, 2026.
