ESAB Perstorp is expanding and increasing its production, which places higher demands on a reliable and stable production process. We are therefore looking for a driven and solution-oriented Production Engineer who wants to be involved in developing our manufacturing of welding electrodes. Your Responsibilities

As a Production Engineer at ESAB Perstorp, you will work on improving and optimizing our production processes.

Your main tasks:

• Analyze and optimize production availability, speed, and quality outcomes
• Develop and implement improvements to production equipment and processes
• Drive cross-functional improvement work to increase efficiency and quality
• Work on optimizing production flows and material handling
• Collaborate with team leaders, maintenance department, global process technology, and external suppliers
• Participate in and lead projects within continuous improvements
• Implement and maintain training systems - planning, execution, and follow-up of training within the specified area of responsibility

You have

• Technical education at the university or engineering level, or equivalent work experience or vocational training
• Experience in production and process technology is an advantage
• Good analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work systematically and drive improvement work
• Good collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
