What you will do

✔️ Plan and coordinate service and support cases from start to finish

✔️ Maintain ongoing customer contact and ensure a professional customer experience

✔️ Troubleshoot and provide support for solar panel systems and energy systems

✔️ Schedule and coordinate technicians and ensure documentation and follow-up

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on service and support cases for our private customers. You will act as the hub between the customer, technicians, and installers, ensuring that each case is handled efficiently and professionally.

The job involves daily customer contact via phone, administrative handling, and technical troubleshooting related to solar panel systems and energy systems.

We are looking for someone who...

has a good technical understanding and wants to work solution-oriented in a role where structure and customer focus are crucial. You have a comprehensive understanding of how a solar panel system works and how different units interact, from electricity and inverters to batteries and other technical systems.

You may have gained your skills through work experience or education – we are fundamentally looking for a solar energy project manager with a technical interest and system understanding.
