The Southern Skåne market area conducts property management and currently has about 160 employees in Economic and Technical Management, Customer Group, and Property Services.

We are now looking for a property manager in Malmö

As a property manager, you play a central role in our customer-oriented organization. You are responsible for the ongoing dialogue with our customers, who are mainly housing cooperatives located in the Malmö/Lund area. You will have full access to the broad property expertise available within Riksbyggen. You ensure that customer needs are matched with the right resources from Riksbyggen. This means you will work closely with other property managers, economists, customer managers, operations technicians, and property caretakers.

You are the contact person for housing cooperative members and tenants regarding technical management issues.

The property manager is responsible for the ongoing management and operation of our customers' properties, which includes:

• Planning
• Tendering and implementation of maintenance projects
• Responsibility for contacts with authorities and suppliers

Other areas of responsibility include:

• Revision and establishment of maintenance plans
• Handling insurance issues and disturbance cases
• Managing authority inspections, supervision, and maintenance inspections

You contribute with your expertise and commitment

We are looking for someone with an academic degree from a university/college or equivalent, focusing on property management, construction, and/or property technology.

You have experience working with customer relations, knowledge of the laws and regulatory requirements relevant to the field, and experience interpreting and establishing procurement and contract documents.

Furthermore, we seek someone who is customer-oriented and has the ability to see and meet our customers' needs – you want to be involved in developing and creating good living environments. It is important that you are social and have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue where proactivity and feedback to the customer are very important. You have strong problem-solving skills and want to work in a business-like manner. You enjoy working towards goals and finding new ways to develop yourself and the surrounding business.

• You provide good service and always act professionally.
• You have a B driver's license and access to your own car.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

If you have experience in board assignments or work in a housing cooperative, we see it as an advantage.

The position is full-time based in Malmö, but work in other locations within the market area may occur.
