About the Position

As a logistics coordinator, you will be a central part of the daily flow between customers, warehouses, and carriers. You will independently manage order handling and transport bookings, ensuring that deliveries are planned, followed up, and executed with high quality.

In this role, you will have ongoing contact with customers and ensure clear, professional, and trustworthy communication. You work in a structured manner, take great responsibility for your tasks, and have the ability to prioritize correctly – even when the pace is high and multiple issues are ongoing simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be offered a varied and responsible position where your structure, drive, and communication skills are essential for creating effective and quality-assured logistics flows.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Management and administration of customer orders and booking of transports

• Daily dialogue with customers, warehouse staff, and carriers

• Follow-up of deliveries and proactive handling of deviations

• Ensure correct registration and efficient flow logic in WMS

• Contribute to the development and improvement of routines, processes, and working methods

Profile & Background

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse administration, or customer service

• Accustomed to working methodically and maintaining structure even when the pace is high

• Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English

• Valid B driver's license

Meritorious

• Good system proficiency from working in WMS, such as Ongoing or similar business/warehouse systems

• Practical experience in booking transports and collaborating with various transport providers

• Background in B2B customer service with a focus on professional and solution-oriented communication

• Experience in a coordinating role with several parallel contact points and areas of responsibility
