As a Technical Product Engineer at our client, you will be an important part of a global team working with technical order fulfillment and product support. The role involves ensuring that incoming customer orders can be realized correctly based on existing designs, as well as acting as a technical link between various functions such as production, suppliers, and internal technical teams.

You will work closely with the product and analyze existing designs to ensure that the right components, configurations, and solutions are used in production. The role also includes capturing technical questions or misunderstandings that may arise between design, production, and other stakeholders. The team consists of experienced engineers where you will receive support from senior colleagues and a dedicated mentor as you are introduced to the role. In the long term, there is also the opportunity to contribute to product development projects and collaborate with R&D.

Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on the technical development of the product and act as backup for sales support
• Coordinate technical activities with various stakeholders, including production support, supplier support, and management of inventory and rental machines
• Participate in product support projects and mechanical design
  

• Has or will obtain a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, engineering physics, or similar
• Has a technical interest and wants to work closely with the product in an industrial environment
• Is communicative and enjoys a role with many internal contacts
• Is solution-oriented and likes to coordinate between different functions
• Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English

It is advantageous if you have:

• Practical experience from production, workshop, or industrial environment
• Interest or experience in mechanical design or electrical design

You are curious, self-driven, and want to understand how complex products work in practice. At the same time, you are flexible and have the patience to navigate in a larger organization where many functions need to collaborate.

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from both the client and us is that you will eventually be employed directly by the client.
