About the position

The need is from May and extends through August. Work takes place between 07:00-15:30 on weekdays, all work is on-site. There are good commuting opportunities to and from the workplace located in Höganäs.

Job responsibilities

As a logistics coordinator, your task is to ensure that deliveries and returns of equipment occur continuously to installation sites, workplaces, and, where applicable, offices in a cost-effective and service-oriented manner. The work is done in close collaboration with the Installation Manager, coordinators, salespeople, and the Warehouse Manager. Teamwork and predictability, both financially and operationally, are the key words the company works by.

  • Prepare materials/forecasts for maintenance of the machinery in collaboration with the Installation Manager
  • Coordinate maintenance of machines in Höganäs with the Installation Manager.
  • Coordinate deliveries and returns of equipment in collaboration with coordinators, salespeople, and the shipping and installation departments.
  • Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with procedures, policies, laws & other requirements
  • Create work orders in SAP
  • Be responsible for delegated workplace environment tasks

We are looking for someone who

  • Is fluent in Swedish and English
  • Has a degree from a post-secondary education in logistics
  • Has experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows
  • Is communicative, curious, and a team player
  • Has good collaboration skills and a sense of order

It is a merit if you have

  • Experience with SAP
  • Work experience in logistics
  • Knowledge or work experience in machine maintenance from the refractory industry
