The role combines technical expertise with a customer-oriented focus, where you actively represent Bruks Siwertell and thereby strengthen customer relationships.

Job Description
We are looking for an engaged and technically driven Service Engineer who wants to be a key person in our team. In this role, you will represent the company at customer sites and ensure high quality throughout the lifecycle of our products - from installation to service, support, and further development. Your main responsibilities include:

·         Commissioning and testing of equipment including on-site training for customers

·         Participate in and oversee assembly and final testing of equipment in the local workshop

·         Perform and lead service activities including renovation, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and
          corrective actions both on-site at the customer and via remote support

·         Actively contribute to the service and spare parts sales process and support the development of new
          service offerings

·         Provide feedback from field service to appropriate internal channels

·         Plan service activities and conduct regular customer visits to follow up on needs
          and create long-term collaborations

·         Support the business in developing manuals, office documents, and other administrative
          tasks

The position has a clearly international character and involves travel to all corners of the earth, sometimes at short notice.

Qualifications
You are a mechanical engineer with a university degree or equivalent and several years of work experience in mechanical installation/repair of heavy equipment in the industry or marine sector. General knowledge of hydraulics and electrical control systems is advantageous and valuable success factors in the role. Good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written, are a prerequisite for the position.
