About the Position

As a Quality Specialist at Bruks Siwertell, you will work to ensure the quality of incoming components and materials. You will check deliveries, measure components, and detect any deviations before the material proceeds to production.

The role is an important part of the company's quality work and involves close collaboration with both warehousing, purchasing, and engineering. You will largely plan your work yourself and are responsible for ensuring that inspections are carried out in a careful and structured manner.

The work is located in Bjuv and primarily takes place on-site. Travel to suppliers may occur as needed.

Your main responsibilities as a Quality Specialist will include:

Checking incoming components and materials
Measuring details using tools such as calipers and micrometers
Reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings
Identifying and documenting deviations
Writing inspection reports and registering in the system
Being responsible for measuring equipment, calibration, and documentation
Participating in supplier inspections as needed
Contributing to improvements in work methods and quality routines

This is a recruitment position with a start date to be agreed upon.

About You

We are looking for someone with a technical interest who thrives in a role where precision and responsibility are important. You enjoy working practically but also have the ability to analyze and detect when something is not right. You do not need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you have a technical foundation and the willingness to learn.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

Have a technical education at least at the high school level or equivalent experience
Have experience from the manufacturing industry or workshop
Can read and understand technical drawings
Have experience in measurement or quality control
Can communicate in Swedish and English

Furthermore, we see that you are meticulous, self-driven, and not afraid to ask questions when something is unclear. You take responsibility for your work and enjoy collaborating with colleagues in production.
