Do you want to take the next step in your career and develop in a more coordinating and technical role? On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a preparer in the electricity grid sector. The role suits you who have a few years of experience in the electrical industry, for example as an electrician or installer, and who want to work more with planning, design, and coordination. You will be part of a company that works with some of Sweden's most important infrastructures and will have a central role in projects where you act as the link between installers, project managers, landowners, and other stakeholders.

Our client works with planning, design, and maintenance of electricity grids and energy infrastructure. They provide solutions and support to electricity grid owners, municipalities, and industrial companies, focusing on projects that are carried out both safely and efficiently.

In the role of preparer, you will work with planning and design of electricity grid projects within the voltage range of 0.4–24 kV. You will be a central part of the project process and responsible for producing materials and documentation that enable installers and project managers to carry out the work smoothly and correctly.

The role involves many contact points where you collaborate closely with both internal colleagues and external actors, such as landowners, suppliers, and authorities. The work primarily takes place from the office, but you also need to have a good understanding of the operations in the field.

• Planning and design of distribution networks, including substations, underground cables, and overhead lines
• Conducting network calculations as well as electrical investigations, field measurements, and soil surveys
• Producing material lists, work maps, preparatory documents, and construction documents
• Creating cost estimates and documenting the project's progress
• Collaborating with clients, project managers, installers, landowners, and authorities

• Have a few years of experience in the electrical industry, for example as an electrician, electrical installer, or in construction
• Have a good technical understanding of electricity grids or electrical installations
• Are computer literate and comfortable working in various systems
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

It is not a requirement but is considered an advantage if you have:

• Experience working with electricity grids or energy distribution
• Experience in design or technical documentation

Great emphasis will be placed on your personality and motivation. We are looking for someone who is communicative, meticulous, and enjoys a role where you can plan, coordinate, and have many contact points. You have good communication skills and feel comfortable in dialogue with both colleagues, clients, and external parties.

You appreciate taking responsibility for your tasks and are driven to find solutions that work in practice. At the same time, you have an interest in further developing within the energy industry.

This is initially a consulting assignment via Friday with the ambition to transition into a direct employment with the client after 9 months.
