About the role

At Nyfosa in Malmö, you will work both internally and externally with customer contacts, contract writing, marketing, and internal administration. You will develop in your role and gradually grow in your responsibilities, participating in the planning and execution of tenant care and activities, renegotiations, contract drafts, leasing of vacancies, and participating in property transactions.

You report to the Regional Manager and work from Nyfosa's pleasant office in Malmö alongside two commercial property managers, two technical property managers, and a property technician. Travel within the region will be part of your daily routine, so a driver's license is required.

Main responsibilities

• Support the managers by preparing contract drafts and managing contract documentation in Unit 4 PM Web, including finalizing contract documentation and contract drafts for ongoing leases.

• Administer invoices and other administration, including work in Unit 4 ERP.

• Handle parking issues such as documentation for invoicing, parking permits for tenants, leasing of vacant spaces, business development, and contact with external parking operators.

• Work with office communities, storage, and outdoor areas with customer contact, leasing, contract writing, and marketing.

• Identify new revenue sources and ensure correct revenue mass for the region's property portfolio.

• Be responsible for operating accounts, implementation and development of work methods, and ensuring correct documentation and billing.

• Update information on the website and write customer communication and newsletters.

Who are you?

You are not afraid to pick up the phone and have the ability to organize and prioritize your work even when the pace is high. In short, you are a structured and appreciated team player who enjoys helping where needed and is open to learning new things.

You have several years of work experience in the real estate/construction industry, e.g., as a broker or property management assistant, and experience in customer interactions through sales or customer service work.

You have:

• relevant university or college education in real estate/technology/economics.

• knowledge of property economics, tenancy law, and management of lease agreements.

• knowledge of some IT/business system (Hypergene, ERP systems).

• very good knowledge of the Office suite.

• fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.

• a valid driver's license.
