We are seeking a qualified Project Manager who wants to take responsibility for projects and investigations, ensuring that the latest technology within water and wastewater (VA) is utilized. You will help us drive projects in the best possible way, with full focus on schedules and complete documentation. You have a natural ability to grasp and understand the organization's requirements and wishes, providing the service necessary to make our facilities as good as possible.

Responsibilities
The role of Project Manager is focused on mechanical and process installations in, for example, treatment plants, pump stations, and pipelines, both within wastewater and drinking water management. Projects in other areas may also occur.
The assignment involves independently leading and driving projects. This includes investigation and design, as well as execution, but also planning the execution regarding time, resources, permits, and economy.
You will work in a team with different competencies and experiences, where we see it as a strength to grow by learning from each other. You report to the Department Manager and work closely with group managers, operational managers, and operations engineers to ensure efficient and stable operation of our wastewater treatment and drinking water plants.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role and be the right person for us, high service orientation and commitment are important. You must also have a solution-oriented approach and be development-focused, meaning interested in developing both yourself and the business, as well as eager to learn new things.
To be considered for the employment, you must have an engineering degree in mechanical engineering, construction, civil engineering, environmental science, infrastructure, or another education that the employer deems equivalent. If you additionally have education in contract law, construction safety, or public procurement, it is meritorious.
Experience in handling infrastructure projects and experience in mechanical installations within the water and wastewater sector is also necessary. If you also have experience in project management, design, construction management, or contract inspection, it is a bonus. Experience in conducting projects through collaboration/partnership is a significant plus.
Given the nature of the tasks, you must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Swedish and have good speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.
