About the Role

As Logistics Manager, you have overall responsibility for ensuring efficient, cost-aware, and quality-assured transport and deliveries in our projects. You work closely with the project organization, procurement, production, and customers – and are a central part of ensuring our deliveries are made according to plan.

To thrive and succeed in the role of Logistics Manager, we see that you have experience in international logistics and transport management, preferably in a project-oriented business. You have good knowledge of customs, export, and import regulations and feel confident handling documentation and flows both within and outside the EU.

We also believe you are accustomed to working in business systems – and if you have experience with NOVA, it is an advantage. Furthermore, you are structured, detail-oriented, and have a natural ability to keep many parallel processes together.

As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role with many contact points where you take own responsibility and make decisions. Your ability to create order, drive work forward, and find efficient solutions is crucial for success.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Plan, book, and coordinate transports – both within and outside the EU.
• Ensure deliveries meet customer requirements and set schedules.
• Handle transport documentation, customs declarations, and export/import cases.
• Responsible for invoicing related to project deliveries.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and internal functions.
• Structure and administer projects in the business system NOVA.
• Follow up on deliveries and logistics flows.
• Calculate transport costs in connection with quotations.
• Check and post freight invoices.
• Ensure compliance with customs and regulations.

We are looking for someone who

• Has extensive experience in international logistics and transport booking.
• Is well-versed in customs, export, and import regulations.
• Has good experience with business systems (experience with NOVA is an advantage).
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English.
• Works in a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented manner.
• Thrives in a role with many contact points.
• Is self-motivated, communicative, and responsible.
