Huhnseal develops and manufactures mechanical seals for the global process industry. In Landskrona, the entire chain exists – from design to production – where customized solutions are developed for the international market. The company is in an expansive phase, and the role is part of the global product development team, where you work closely with both customers and internal functions in a technically exciting environment.

About the role

In this role, you will combine technical specialist responsibility with project management in close collaboration with customers. Together with your colleagues, you will drive projects through the entire process – from requirement specification and technical solution to implementation and follow-up. You will act as a technical link between the customer, sales organization, production, and development, ensuring that the solutions are technically sustainable and correctly adapted. The role also includes:

• Technical responsibility for defined customers and applications • Drive and coordinate customer projects through the entire internal process • Lead development projects related to new products • Provide technical support in design, function, troubleshooting, installations, and complaint cases • Advising on product selection and conducting risk assessments in the quotation process

Who are you?

As a person, you are structured and analytical with a strong technical interest. You are adaptable in your working style, solution-focused, and used to taking responsibility. With a clear customer focus and good collaboration skills, you work methodically with both customers and colleagues to ensure high-quality solutions. We would like you to have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanics, engineering, or a similar field • Several years of relevant experience in mechanics and a good understanding of design and technical applications • Experience in technical customer responsibility or project management • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience with rotating equipment or pumps is an advantage. If you have also worked with mechanical seals, that is particularly meritorious.
