About the Role

As a Technician for Startup & Product Support, you have a key role in our product deliveries and technical customer support. You work closely with customers and dealers in the Nordic region and internationally, ensuring that our machines are commissioned and operate optimally. The role is varied and combines approximately 50% fieldwork with 50% technical administration and support.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Commissioning and startup of machines at customer sites
• Troubleshooting and technical problem solving in electrical and automation
• Inspections and status assessments
• Technical advice and support to customers and dealers
• Training customers in operation and function

Who are you?

We are looking for someone driven by technology, problem-solving, and customer contact. You thrive in varied environments and see travel as a natural part of the job. We prefer that you have:

• Technical education in electrical, automation, industrial, electromechanics, or similar
• Experience from service, fieldwork, or traveling technician roles
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Driver's license B
• Experience from heavy industry is an advantage

Location

Flexible location. You have the option to work from one of our offices in Billsta (Örnsköldsvik), Bollnäs, or Trelleborg - or work from home. The position involves a significant amount of travel, both nationally and internationally.
