Do you want to work in a service role that truly makes a difference? We are currently looking for customer service representatives for the summer who want to be part of our dedicated team.

As a customer service representative, you will support and assist customers via phone, email, and chat. The work is varied, and no two days are the same. You will encounter different types of cases, which requires you to adapt and think on your feet based on each customer's needs.

You will be part of a supportive team with knowledgeable and helpful colleagues who support each other in daily tasks.

The position is 75%, and working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. The role is expected to start with an introduction in April.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for the position, you must have a strong desire to provide the best possible service to each customer. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work meticulously with high quality, even when the workload is heavy.

You have good computer skills and are accustomed to working in various systems. Furthermore, you are administratively inclined, quick to absorb new information, and work in a structured manner. You should feel comfortable working independently and take responsibility for your tasks. You should also be unpretentious in your collaboration with others.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

This is a summer job, so to be considered, you should be able to work throughout the summer period.

This is a consulting assignment; if hired, you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work at the client's location.
