In this role, you will be responsible for driving, managing, and planning projects. A project can, for example, be a product that a customer orders. You have an overall view of which phase the project is in, what is required here and now, but also moving forward. The work involves communication and follow-up with several different teams and groups in addition to the continuous contact you have with the Project Manager. Overall, the job entails the following:

• Planning and control before and during production.
• Driving the project forward, from start to finish.
• Working closely with your team, colleagues, the project manager, and other functions, such as purchasing.
• Overall coordination to ensure that the project/projects meet their goals regarding timelines and costs.
• Administrative work such as reporting on status, risks, costs, and time deviations.
• Identifying and communicating potential risks and quality work. 

As a person, you need to be driven and structured. You feel secure in a responsible role where you can take a step back and see the big picture. It is important that you can work in a structured and meticulous manner.  Mandatory requirements

• Work experience in a similar role, production planning/project planning.
• Higher education degree in engineering, such as mechanical engineering, industrial economics, logistics, production technology, supply chain, or a similar field.
• Fluent in Swedish & English, both spoken and written.
• Swedish citizenship.

• Previous work experience in production and/or material planning.
• Previous experience in Antura and/or IFS/MPS-like systems.

Start: Spring 2026/ as agreed. Scope: Full-time, permanent. Working hours: Office hours 8-17, flexible. Location: Gothenburg.
