Territory Sales Manager at Atos Medical
As a Territory Sales Manager at Atos Medical, you will take over a strong and well-established region with good structure, established working methods, and long-term relationships with customers and users. You will succeed a colleague who has built a solid foundation – and now you have the opportunity to both manage and further develop the region moving forward. The position primarily covers the Stockholm region as well as central and northern Sweden, and we prefer that you reside in the Stockholm region.
Atos Medical is a market leader in laryngectomy where we strongly contribute with proximity to both customers and users. Additionally, an important part of the mission is to contribute to the company's ambition for strong growth in tracheostomy. The role is clearly commercial, field-based, and involves close work with patients, healthcare professionals, KOLs, and decision-makers in the region. You will represent Atos Medical in your region and report to the Nordics Director, Per Persson.
About the role
The role involves spending about 3–4 days per week out in the region, where you drive sales, relationships, and marketing activities. The district is well established and currently has high activity through patient events, training, lectures, and continuous dialogue with customers and users.
In the short term, the focus is on quickly getting acquainted with the region, taking over existing relationships, and continuing to drive the commercial activities that are already working well. In the long term, you actively contribute to developing the business, especially in tracheostomy, by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and working systematically with market development.
Your responsibilities
As a Territory Sales Manager, you are responsible for:
- Sales and commercial activities within your region
- Relationships with customers, KOLs, patients, end-users, and hospital administration
- Implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Identification and development of new business opportunities
- Clinical support to customers in laryngectomy and tracheostomy
- Collection and analysis of market and competitor information
- Tender management and contract submissions, including procurement
- Reporting and follow-up in CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Participation in congresses, team activities, and local and global marketing activities
You plan, prioritize, and drive your work independently and take full responsibility for developing your region in line with Atos Medical's goals.
About you
We are looking for someone who thrives in a commercial, field-based role and is comfortable working closely with both the business and the clinical reality. You work systematically, follow up on activities, and take responsibility for driving your region forward. You are confident in dialogue with various stakeholders, can adapt your communication, and build long-term relationships. At the same time, you are a team player who collaborates closely with colleagues and contributes to the overall success of the Nordic team.
Experience and qualifications
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the healthcare sector
- Experience in procurement and tender management
- Experience working independently in a field-based role
- Good system proficiency and experience with CRM systems
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Desired:
- Background as an intensive care or anesthesia nurse
- Other healthcare education, such as a nurse or nursing assistant
- Experience from MedTech or working closely with clinical operations
- Experience with Salesforce
