Your new role

We are looking for an experienced Buyer/Purchaser for a qualified consulting assignment within public operations, focusing on structured and regulated purchasing processes. You will work closely with the operations and provide expert support in both operational and strategic procurement issues. The role involves a large internal network as well as the opportunity to influence and develop methods and processes within the purchasing area.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the operations in direct procurements

  • Conduct and assist in renewed competitive procurements

  • Support in contract issues and contract assessments

  • Contribute to information gathering related to exception procedures

  • Train the operations in purchasing and procurement

  • Participate in the development of processes and methods

To be successful in this role, you need

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, law, engineering, social sciences) or a purchasing-focused vocational education or equivalent.

  • Experience working in a procurement tool such as Visma Tendsign, E-avrop in at least one assignment that has been ongoing within the last two years.

  • At least four years of experience in the relevant field (purchasing or procurement within/for the public sector).

  • Conducted an IT-related procurement.

  • Conducted at least one construction procurement in the last four years.
