About PEOPL

PEOPL is an authorized staffing and recruitment company focused on logistics, warehousing, and other blue-collar roles. We are an established player in the retail and logistics segment based in Stockholm.

We are now looking for our first Sales & Account Manager who wants to help build and develop our sales together with the CEO and consulting managers.

About the role

As a Sales & Account Manager at PEOPL, you have overall responsibility for both new customer acquisition and the further development of customer relationships.

You own the customer from the first contact, through the business, startup, and ongoing dialogue. The role combines classic new sales with long-term business responsibility. The goal is to build profitable and sustainable businesses that can grow over time.

This is an independent role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence how the sales work is structured going forward.

Your responsibilitiesSales & Business Development
  • Identify, contact, and engage new potential customers

  • Schedule and conduct customer meetings (digitally and physically)

  • Analyze customer needs and develop the right staffing or recruitment solution

  • Prepare quotes and negotiate prices and terms in line with the company's business model

  • Close deals and ensure a clear handover to delivery

Customer Responsibility & Relationship Building
  • Be the primary contact person for the customer during the startup phase

  • Participate in the startup of new assignments together with the consulting manager

  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with the customer through regular check-ins

  • Identify upselling, extensions, and new business opportunities

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term collaborations

Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with consulting managers regarding needs, capacity, and staffing

  • Have regular check-ins with the CEO regarding pipeline and priorities

  • Contribute to the development of work methods and structure within sales

Structure & Follow-up
  • Be responsible for your own pipeline and business follow-up

  • Document customer dialogues and deals in CRM

  • Follow up on deals based on volume, profitability, and development potential

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in B2B sales, preferably within staffing and/or recruitment

  • Understands the business behind staffing and recruitment (hourly rate, margin, volume, and profitability)

  • Enjoys working independently and taking significant responsibility

  • Is business-minded, structured, and relationship-oriented

  • Has a long-term perspective on customer relationships

Meritorious:

  • Experience in sales within logistics, warehousing, or industry

  • Experience working with HR, site managers, or operational decision-makers
