About the role

Nordic Pet Brands is now seeking an outside sales representative / Account Manager who takes clear responsibility for ensuring our brands are represented in stores – and that they develop and grow over time.

The role involves working long-term with each store: from ensuring the right assortment to actively driving sales through training of store staff, campaigns, demo activities, and commercial initiatives.

You will be an important link between the store, market, and suppliers, contributing insights from the field on strategic issues regarding how our brands can be best developed in-store.

Responsibilities

· Ensure that our brands are listed and correctly represented in stores

· Be responsible for sales and customer development in your region

· Plan and conduct regular store visits

· Develop sales with existing customers and open new retailers

· Drive growth in-store through:

  • Training of store staff
  • Campaigns and sales-driving activities
  • Demo and store events

· Follow up on sales development and identify improvement potential

· Collaborate with marketing and suppliers on activities, launches, and focus brands

We expect you to

· Have a dog

· Have experience in B2B sales

· Preferably have worked in or with the pet retail industry

· Be self-driven, structured, and enjoy being on the road

· Have a genuine interest in animals, dogs, and cats

· Thrive in an entrepreneurial-driven company with significant personal responsibility

· Have a driver's license and access to a car
