About the Assignment

We are looking for an experienced Test Leader for a larger digitization program within the energy sector. The assignment is linked to a project focused on automated condition monitoring, where the goal is to collect and present disturbance information from stations to enable quick and effective analysis of disturbance causes.

As a Test Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the testing work throughout the project's lifecycle. The role may also include support for other projects within the program.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Lead, plan, and coordinate the project's testing and quality assurance work
• Develop test strategies, test plans, and test reports
• Ensure that testing is conducted according to established testing processes
• Coordinate testing activities with internal resources, consultants, and suppliers
• Lead and report on UAT and end-to-end testing
• Ensure handover of testing procedures to the management organization
• Report status and risks to project management

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• University degree in IT, engineering, data, or systems science
• At least 5 years of experience as a tester, test analyst, or test leader in IT projects
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, test management, and testing methodology
• At least 5 years of experience from complex IT or business projects
• At least 5 years of experience in agile requirements and testing work
• At least 5 years of experience in technical testing of information systems
• At least 5 years of experience in test automation, CI/CD, and Git
• At least 5 years of experience in Linux/Unix
• At least 5 years of experience in API testing
• At least 3 years of experience in container-based systems
• At least 1 year of experience in database testing
• At least 1 year of experience in Operational Technology (OT)

Desirable

• Experience from the public sector
• Experience in DevOps
• Experience from larger organizations (>1000 employees)
• Experience in the energy sector
• ISTQB certification or equivalent
