Customer Receptionist at Bevego Byggplåt & Ventilation AB

We are now looking for a customer receptionist at Bevego Byggplåt & Ventilation AB in Bromma. As a customer receptionist, you are the face of the branch and the first point of contact for customers. You will welcome customers visiting the store, register and pick customer orders, and handle returns. The role also involves assisting customers over the phone as needed, supporting warehouse operations, and contributing to keeping the branch organized and well-maintained. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a professional and smooth customer experience.

The position is a 6-month temporary contract with very good opportunities for a permanent position at the end of the contract. Immediate start.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Experience in retail or sales, preferably within the construction-related industry
• Good sense of service and strong customer focus
• Ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment

The job requires excellent communication skills where you can express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing - additional languages are a plus.
