Company PresentationWe are now looking for an experienced and committed IT Procurement Specialist for a central purchasing and procurement function within one of Sweden's largest public organizations.
As an IT Procurement Specialist, you will have an independent and responsible assignment where you lead and drive procurements from start to finish. The focus is on service procurements, including IT-related assignments, according to LUF/LOU/LUK. The role may also involve renewed competitive bidding within existing framework agreements.
Your main tasks
Lead the entire procurement process – from needs analysis to award and handover of contracts
Collaborate with project managers, project teams, and other stakeholders in contract and procurement matters
Prepare decision-making documents
Translate technical and operational needs into clear and structured procurement documents
Establish request for proposal documents, specifications, administrative regulations, commercial terms, and contracts
Conduct market analysis, risk assessment, and supplier dialogue
Be responsible for qualification, evaluation, and negotiation with suppliers
Ensure cohesive communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Be responsible for record-keeping and closure of procurement
Scope of the assignment: Full-time, 100% Employment form: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters. Work model: The assignment currently allows for both remote work and on-site work at the office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. Days and times for this are determined by the needs of the organization and the client's approval. Start: By agreement End: 2027-04-02, with an option for extension of 6+6 months. To be successful in this role, you needAt least five 5 years of work experience as a public procurement officer with very good knowledge of procurement legislation.
Experience in conducting at least 2 procurements in the IT field.
Post-secondary education in purchasing and procurement, law, economics, or other education relevant to the assignment.
Meritorious: Experience in at least 4 procurements in the IT field.
