We are now looking for a communicator for a communications department responsible for communication for several companies within a socially important operation in Södertälje.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a communicator, you will work operationally and independently to plan, produce, and publish target group-adapted communication in various channels. You will collaborate closely with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders, contributing to clear, accurate, and engaging communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write and publish texts for web and internal/external channels
• Manage and create content for social media
• Produce and edit simpler image, video, and graphic material
• Plan and implement communication efforts based on different target groups
• Support in simpler media inquiries and write press releases under supervision
• Structure and plan content in various channels with a focus on deadlines
• Contribute to the development of working methods, for example by using AI and working agile/lean

The role requires that you thrive in a changing environment where priorities may need to be adjusted quickly.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has about 2-3 years of experience in communication work in a complex organization that affects the public
• Has good administrative skills and is a confident user of the Office suite
• Has practical experience in operational communication work (text production, web, social media)
• Understands the communication process and has documented experience working with different target groups
• Has experience independently driving, planning, and implementing communication efforts
• Expresses yourself very well in speech and writing in Swedish
• Is structured, meticulous, and used to delivering according to set deadlines
• Enjoys working both independently and in teams
• Is curious about how AI can streamline and develop communication work
• Has a B driver's license

Structured and solution-oriented with good organizational skills. You are flexible, unpretentious, and find it easy to collaborate with various stakeholders. At the same time, you are confident in working independently and taking responsibility within given frameworks.
