As a customer representative, your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers during their visits to the facility

• Coordinating and following up on service and repair cases with our technical team

• Providing advice and support regarding aftermarket products and service agreements

• Contributing to strengthening customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction

• Maintaining a high level of customer service and working to exceed customer expectations

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Preferably previous experience in the automotive industry

• Good understanding of basic automotive technology

• Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented approach

• Ability to work in a structured manner and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Driver's license (B)

We appreciate if you have experience or knowledge in:

• Customer service and relationship building.

• Previous work with systems such as Cabas and/or Kobra.

The position is a full-time employment according to collective agreements with immediate start. Working hours vary between 07:00-16:00 and 08:00-17:00.
