Your main responsibilities will include:

• Customer Reception and Service:
• Welcome and assist visitors with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Provide basic information about our vehicles and services.
• Answer customer inquiries and ensure their visit is a pleasant experience.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Manage bookings and inquiries from customers.
• Update our system with relevant information and ensure all data is accurate.
• Vehicle Management:
• Ensure that vehicles are always in top condition by organizing our display area and keeping the cars clean and fresh.
• Coordinate test drives and ensure that the cars are ready for potential buyers.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A strong interest in cars and the automotive industry.
• An outgoing and positive personality with a strong ability to communicate and build relationships.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not a requirement.
• A flexible attitude towards working hours, as the work mainly takes place on weekends but also be willing to work extra when needed.
