As an Accounting Consultant, you will become part of our Securities business area, where the team focuses on securities companies. Here you will have the chance to combine your interest in stocks, day trading, or finance with accounting work. Whether you have previous experience in securities or are eager to learn more, this is a role where you can grow, develop, and become an expert in an exciting field. There are also great opportunities to step into a project management role in the future!

In the role of Accounting Consultant, you will be responsible for a number of clients of varying sizes. You will have the opportunity to work both operationally and advisory, focusing on accounting and reporting. You will also work alongside experienced colleagues where you can further broaden your skills while coaching and supporting our more junior colleagues.

You will for example:

• Be responsible for monthly closings and reporting to clients

• Work with complex accounting as well as year-end reports (K2 and K3) and complex tax returns

• Handle some ongoing accounting

• Contribute energy and business acumen to further strengthen our community and create good relationships with clients

To thrive in this role, you are responsible and business-minded, enjoy creating dialogue and building relationships with both colleagues and clients, and you are eager to take the initiative to drive things forward. You have a few years of experience in accounting and feel confident in the entire accounting flow, but now you are excited for the next step where you can develop even more in the securities area!

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 2 - 5 years of experience in accounting

• Has a university degree in economics, preferably with a focus on accounting

• Handles monthly and annual closings, reporting, and income tax returns

• Has very good knowledge of both Swedish and English

It is an extra merit if you:

• Have experience or an interest in securities

• Have previous experience as a leader of some kind

• Have experience with the systems Fortnox, Visma, or Capego

• Have previously worked at an accounting firm
