Alexanderskolan is looking for a licensed preschool teacher for a parental leave substitute position at our unit on Saltmätargatan. The preschool has space for 107 children divided into six departments.

We are looking for a preschool teacher with a strong interest and commitment to the preschool's educational activities. As a preschool teacher, you have the pedagogical responsibility together with the work team. Using the curriculum as a basis, you work with children in groups, while also ensuring that each individual child receives challenges that suit their age, experiences, and knowledge. You recognize the importance of everyone in the work team being involved and working as a team. You reflect with your colleagues on your and the team's pedagogical approach to develop learning for the children and the organization. You are a warm, secure, and positive leader who can see and meet each child with interest and respect. It is important that you want and can create good relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians.

The contact and collaboration with parents is an important part of the work. This may involve participating in or organizing parent meetings and development discussions. As a preschool teacher, you are open to parental involvement and influence in the organization and in the children's well-being, development, and learning through daily meetings.

Pedagogical documentation is carried out continuously to support the children's development.
