Your Role

We are growing and need more engaging and driven colleagues for our training team. As an EW instructor at SAAB Surface Sensor Solutions in Järfälla, you will play a key role in our dynamic training team, dedicated to developing and delivering training courses for both internal and external audiences.

• Your main tasks will be to conduct training sessions and courses both in Sweden and internationally.
• You will also be involved in designing and developing tailored training programs.
• During your time with us, you will have plenty of opportunities to deepen your expertise in our advanced software and hardware systems.
• You will also support our technical documentation team in creating user manuals and technical documentation.

This role involves international travel, up to approximately 40-80 days per year, providing opportunities to meet new people and take your professional development to the next level. You are comfortable speaking in front of both national and international audiences and have the ability to engage and inspire others. At the same time, you are an independent professional who takes initiative, manages your responsibilities effectively, and is not afraid to take ownership of your work.

We are looking for you who have:

• A technical understanding.
• Experience in training and education.
• A military background is an advantage.
• Experience in electronic warfare is particularly beneficial.
• Experience in planning and leading training and educational activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
