About the assignment

Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have an agreement with Sigtuna Municipality to support with dedicated substitutes for their municipal primary schools.

Your responsibilities

As a substitute teacher, you will replace the school's regular staff in case of absence, usually of an acute nature and for shorter vacancies. You need to be prepared to be booked for work at short notice, often the same morning. You are responsible for and lead the teaching in accordance with the planning provided by the regular teacher.

Your qualifications

• Ongoing teacher training or other subject education at a college or university, alternatively at least 3 years of experience from equivalent operations.
• Relevant subject competence for grades F-6.
• You should be able to work at least two weekdays per week and be comfortable being booked for shifts the same morning.

To fit into the role of a substitute teacher, you are a clear leader but also a good team player and a good role model. You also have a burning commitment to working with children and youth.

If you have SVA competence, this is an advantage.
