Welcome to Flora Preschools

The unit consists of 11 preschools, all located in the Northern Inner City. We are looking for engaged and positive preschool assistants for assignments of 6-12 months starting from the spring term of 2026. We are looking for you who want to work as a substitute in our various preschools or as operational support for child groups in need of extra assistance.

Your Role

As a preschool assistant, you contribute to ensuring that the daily operations at the preschool run smoothly and that care and daily educational work are based on children's participation and influence. Together with colleagues at the preschool, you contribute to a positive, meaningful, and developing environment for the children.

We Offer You

Since we collectively create our work environment, openness, respect, and responsiveness are essential.

As an employee with us, you can work on exciting and varied assignments, develop, and stay for an entire career. We want you to develop, and we will develop with you. Read more about what it is like to be part of Stockholm City and our benefits.

You are service-oriented, and your focus on children and pedagogical insight is clear.

For this position, you need:

It is meritorious if you have:
