About Me:

I am a 20-year-old girl living in Sollentuna with autism, severe intellectual disability, and epilepsy. I need support in my daily life to live a safe and active life. I enjoy watching movies, reading, going for walks, visiting libraries, and watching YouTube on my iPad. I also appreciate calm activities and going on small outings.

I live alternately with my parents who live close to each other, and every other weekend I stay with my parents according to a schedule. I also have a cat in the family, so it is important that you are not allergic to pets. In my daily life, I attend school with transportation and need support in all areas of life - both at home and during leisure activities.

About You:

I am looking for a female personal assistant who is calm, attentive, and secure in herself. You need to be close to me at all times, able to interpret and express my wishes, and be attentive to my needs. It is very important that you are physically strong, as you will need to help me with transfers and support me when I walk due to my poor balance.

You speak fluent Swedish as you will assist me in communication with others. Experience with communication support such as sign language or PECS is a plus but not a requirement. As a person, you are patient, responsible, and understand that you are working in my home and assisting me in my life. A driver's license is desirable but not a requirement.

Job responsibilities include support in personal care, activities, communication, and everyday tasks related to life.

The Position:

Is approximately 38% and the working hours are scheduled variably with evenings and weekends. Examples of working hours:

• Odd weeks at mom's: Monday-Thursday 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Saturday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Sunday 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

(Times may vary slightly.)

During even weeks at dad's, there is an opportunity to work extra if needed. To be employed, you must present valid ID, a police record extract, and any documents that confirm your right to work in Sweden.
