We are now looking for a personal assistant who wishes to transition to a fixed schedule after the probationary period. The position encompasses approximately 40%, and we are seeking a calm and responsible assistant who can work varied weekdays and weekends with hours scheduled between 10 AM - 6 PM and 6 PM - 10 AM. There are 6 hours of on-call duty during the night, so this should not be a hindrance.

Who are we looking for?

You are empathetic, responsible, and have a strong physique to carry out transfers. You are proactive, social, and customer-focused. You need to understand and speak fluent Swedish.

You need to have a manual driving license as the client has a private car that may be used for work. You should not be allergic to cats as the client has a cat at home.

About the client

The client is a 56-year-old woman. She needs help managing her home, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc. Your job is to do what the client would have done without her disability, without taking over tasks that she can perform herself.

She prefers that applicants are women over 25 years old. You should reside in or near Rönninge/Salem to be available on short notice. Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus.

It is very advantageous if you enjoy food (from Asia) and nature.

Employment conditions

You will start working as a part-time employee initially, but there is a chance for a fixed schedule once you begin your employment.

Start date

We would like you to be available immediately. Initially, you will go through an introductory shift with an experienced assistant so that you can work independently afterward.
