Personal Assistant Wanted

I am a guy living in my own apartment in Upplands-Bro. I am now looking for someone who wants to be an important part of my daily life as my personal assistant.

The position is primarily about 65% and involves working on a varied schedule with day, evening, and night shifts (on-call work may occur). There may also be 24-hour shifts. There is a possibility for a larger position.

For us to thrive together, I believe you are a secure, mature, and responsible person with humor and warmth. You enjoy structure but are also flexible and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Sometimes you will need to support me in making thoughtful decisions and be attentive to details in my daily life.

I lead an active life and enjoy doing fun things. Film and music are major interests, and I love going to concerts. Therefore, I hope you also appreciate participating in activities and want to contribute to my ability to live life to the fullest. If you also have an adventurous side, that’s an extra plus!

I need support with household chores, and it would be great if you also enjoy cooking, as that is something I appreciate. You will be an important support in everything I do, and your presence means a lot for my independence and security.

Continuity is very important to me. It takes time to get to know each other and build a good relationship, so I would like you to have a long-term mindset and plan to stay in my team for a longer time.

Staffing Responsibility:

The position also includes an extended responsibility as a staffing coordinator, according to a rotating schedule among the assistants. This means that you will take calls from colleagues in case of illness and be responsible for solving staffing issues when necessary. If no one else can fill in, you may need to cover shifts yourself. The assignment is compensated.
