Job responsibilities

As a conversation therapist with us, you will work with, among other things:

• Assessment and treatment of adult patients with mild to moderate mental health issues, addiction problems, and crisis reactions.
• Stepwise care with guided self-help, group treatments, and individual conversations based on CBT.
• Psychoeducational lectures and preventive measures.
• Collaboration with other professionals and external actors.
• Active participation in teamwork and supervision (both external and collegial).

Qualifications

You are a licensed health and medical care curator with CBT (Step 1). Experience of working in primary care is an advantage. If you have experience in conducting short-term treatments and group formats, that is a plus. Experience with the TakeCare journal system is also an advantage.

Employment form

Permanent employment with start date according to agreement. Full-time. A lower working percentage can be discussed if you as an applicant wish for it. A probationary period may apply.
