AB OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordic region has been established since 2003. We are currently located in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan. OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordic region consists of personal assistance, respite care, escorting, housing support, and supported housing.

We are now looking for personal assistants for a client in Märsta. The client has autism, so we prefer that you have some experience in this area. We are looking for an assistant who has experience working with children. The client does not have spoken language but understands individual words. The tasks include personal care and taking the client out for activities. It is required that you have a lot of patience and work in a low-arousal manner in this role. We believe the person we are looking for sees this as a long-term job and not temporary.

The working hours are varied but mainly nights, evenings, and weekends.

Meritorious:

- Experience working with children.

- Experience with low-arousal approaches.
