We at Bonzi are now seeking a new colleague who wants to work as a waking night personal assistant for our female client in Norrtälje.

We are also looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute as needed; you need to be flexible and able to work on short notice with varying hours on weekdays and weekends. If you can work during the summer of 2026, that is a plus.

The client is looking for female assistants only.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines and household chores

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Practical support at home and in daily activities

The positions involve night shifts on weekdays and weekends:

Shift 20:00-08:40

About the Client

The client is a woman in her 40s who lives with her family and dog in Norrtälje.

Are you the one we are looking for:

We believe you are a person who enjoys working with people and can put others' needs at the center.

As a person, you are empathetic, social, attentive, and reliable. You easily follow instructions but are also proactive and see what needs to be done.

The client particularly appreciates a safe, calm, and stable personality in her assistants. The chemistry between you and the client is crucial and may be the most important factor in the final selection.

It is a plus if you have: Experience working as a personal assistant or in care and support.

A driver's license and access to your own car

Requirements:

• Not allergic to pets (there is a dog in the home)

• Non-smoker

• Driver's license

Scope: 1 position for waking nights. 2 positions for substitutes as needed

Start Date: Interviews are ongoing and can be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements

Things to consider before your application:

Due to the nature of the job, which may involve working alone, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18, you need to present a criminal record extract. It is important that the extracts are ordered in good time, as the police's processing time may vary.

Due to a legal change from March 1, 2026, the background check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
