Särnmark is looking for temporary personal assistants

Särnmark is one of Sweden's oldest companies in personal assistance, founded by the current owner in the early 1990s. Särnmark currently has over 3500 employees, and our customers and staff are located all over Sweden. Särnmark's head office is located in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden.

About the position

We are now looking for temporary personal assistants for two customers in Sollentuna. The job involves providing support in the customers' daily lives and contributing to a safe, active, and meaningful everyday life.

As a personal assistant, you will work closely with the customer both at home and during activities outside the home.

Job responsibilities

The job responsibilities may include:

• Personal care and assisted transfers
• Household chores and cooking
• Support and companionship during leisure activities, errands, and social contexts

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is responsible, attentive, and has a respectful demeanor
• Has the ability to understand and follow given routines
• Is flexible and can work days, evenings, and weekends as needed

Previous experience in personal assistance is an advantage but not a requirement.

Salary and other conditions follow the collective agreement for Personal Assistance (Vårdföretagarna – Kommunal).
