We at Bambi Assistans are looking for summer temporary workers for our main characters, which include both children and adults.

Being a Personal Assistant

Individually tailored personal assistance means that the individual is given the opportunity to define and create their life regardless of functional ability. A prerequisite is access to knowledgeable, well-trained, and committed assistants. Bambi has extensive experience in administering, recruiting, and specially training employees to meet the unique demands that people with extensive disabilities require.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and who wants to contribute to a quality life for our main characters. We seek someone who is flexible, mature, empathetic, and attentive. You should also have good collaboration skills as cooperation with relatives, colleagues, and other contacts is essential. Therefore, it is important that you have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You also need to be responsible and able to meet the expectations placed on you. Personal suitability is highly valued. Experience in care professions, especially as a personal assistant, is an advantage but not a requirement.

The Position:

We are looking for summer temporary workers who can work varying hours. Working hours are scheduled for both daytime, evening, awake night, on-call night, and weekends. We would also like you to stay on as an extra when needed (so-called hourly employment) after the summer.

Salary:

Individual salary setting. Fixed monthly salary with paid vacation days. Collective agreement: KFO-Communal.
