We are looking for a personal assistant who is interested in working pedagogically with our client. He is 25 years old and lives alone in Södermalm. He is on the autism spectrum and has epilepsy. This means that our client requires personal assistance around the clock, year-round. He needs active supervision constantly. You will work in his home environment, outdoors, and also at daily activities.

As a personal assistant, you need to help and support our client in all everyday situations. The job involves being constantly active and creative with him. The role includes helping with food, personal hygiene, communication, etc. Therefore, it is important to always be attentive to his well-being and to be adaptable in different environments.

You need to have the following qualities/interests:

• Enjoy going on outings
• Like being outdoors
• Be creative and active
• Maintain calm in challenging situations
• Be able to write, understand, and speak fluent Swedish

We are looking for someone who is:

• Cooperative as it is double assistance

If you have previous experience working with autism and challenging behavior, this is an advantage. A requirement is that you have the ability to read situations and the client's well-being and act accordingly. You need to be in good health as he is active. In this assistance, we strive to work with high quality and focus on the client's participation and independence. Clear job descriptions are available and are updated and developed together during staff meetings and guidance.

The working hours are varied. The shifts are scheduled for days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We are looking for someone who can work 80–100 percent. The position is available immediately, and you will also receive an introduction.
