Leisure Leader at JENSEN School Tungelsta

In autumn 2022, JENSEN School opened a brand new school in Tungelsta, Haninge municipality. The school is located in a beautiful rural environment with a small-town feel. We are now looking for two colleagues to join a fantastic team in our leisure activities. As a leisure leader with us, you will be active, outdoors every day, involved in the school's mission, and we work as a team with all staff across the school.

JENSEN's educational concept "Training for Reality" permeates all operations. JENSEN's leisure activities are of high quality, focusing on stimulating children both intellectually and creatively. We work according to the curriculum and create safety and comfort for our students. You will be partially responsible for the operations and development of Leisure. A holistic view of the child and the student's entire day linked to the curriculum's goals is of the highest priority. You will find yourself in a dynamic work environment where we work in teams.

Qualifications

We are looking for leisure leaders with experience in daily contact with children and youth from preschool to grade 3. It is an advantage if you have work experience in practical subjects, preferably home economics. You have a commitment and drive to create meaningful activities for the students. You are a clear leader who has the ability to create safety and comfort, and a role model for our students. As a person, you are creative and open to new ideas and perspectives. You have a health-oriented lifestyle and an interest in movement and health.

You have a coaching approach and experience working in teams.

Employment Type

The positions are temporary full-time employment starting on August 5, 2026. Placement at JENSEN School Tungelsta. The position begins with a six-month probationary period.

Psychological Tests

The first step is to complete two psychological tests. Test links will be sent via email immediately after the application is submitted, and you will receive feedback on the tests right after you have completed them.
