We are looking for an experienced and dedicated coordinator who wants to play a key role in our efforts to create safety and high quality for our clients within home care services.

About the position:

As a coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively planning, organizing, and coordinating home care services to ensure high quality and that our clients receive the best possible care. You will work closely with both staff and clients to ensure that the right services are delivered at the right time and in the right way.

Your main responsibilities:

• Schedule planning and staffing planning for home care staff to ensure that we always have the right resources in place.
• Handling urgent changes and rescheduling in case of absence, which means that you quickly and efficiently find solutions to ensure that clients receive the help they need.
• Communication and coordination between case managers, clients, and staff to ensure that all parties are informed and that we are working towards common goals.
• Quality assurance of the operations through ongoing monitoring, documentation, and analysis of home care services.
• Support to the unit manager in daily operations, which may include everything from reporting to contributing ideas for developing the operations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has training as a coordinator or other relevant education/competence.
• Has experience in coordination and schedule planning within home care or other healthcare services.
• Is familiar with working in digital planning systems (e.g., Lifecare, TES, or similar).
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and has good communication skills to effectively manage both staff and client needs.
• Thrives in a role with many contacts and can handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
