We are now looking for a meticulous and structured finance assistant for Pro4u, starting in April.

This is a role for you who enjoys working closely with the business, likes structure, and wants to be a reliable support to a fast-paced sales team. The assignment covers approximately 40–50%, with physical presence at the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We would also like you to be available on other days for ongoing questions and follow-ups. The workplace is centrally located at Hötorget in Stockholm.

About the assignment

The financial flows are managed in the business system Kleer, which means that the role does not involve traditional bookkeeping. However, you need to understand economic relationships and feel comfortable working with follow-ups and controls. The role involves a lot of work with follow-ups and statistics, where Excel is an important tool. Therefore, you need to be comfortable compiling, structuring, and analyzing data.

You will, among other things:

• Perform simple reconciliations, for example against the general ledger
• Handle time reporting, invoicing, and credits as needed
• Follow up business data related to sales
• Ensure that figures and documentation are correct
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Contribute to structure in internal processes and systems

It’s about creating control and quality in the flows – so that the business can develop without friction.
