We are looking for a structured and service-oriented customer service representative responsible for managing incoming and outgoing goods for one of our industrial clients. This role suits you if you enjoy a combination of administrative work, customer contact, and practical tasks in the flow of goods.

You will be an important part of the logistics chain, ensuring that goods are registered, checked, and communicated correctly — both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, register deliveries, and ensure correct documentation
• 
  
• Book transports and coordinate outgoing goods
• 
  
• Handle customer and supplier inquiries via phone and email
• 
  
• Update systems with order status, discrepancies, and delivery information
• 
  
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and carriers
• 
  
• Perform simpler administrative tasks related to logistics and customer service
• 
  
• Contribute to order, structure, and improvements in the flow

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics, warehouse, or similar role
• 
  
• Good computer skills and comfortable with administrative systems
• 
  
• Swedish spoken and written, English is a plus
• 
  
• Ability to work in a structured, solution-oriented manner with a high service mindset
• 
  
• Preferred: experience with transport bookings, freight documents, WMS/ERP systems
