We are looking for a driven and competitive salesperson with a sports background for the sale of IT network products. Our client is an international company located in the heart of Stockholm city in very nice premises. The role is a combination of inside and field sales with responsibility for both existing customers and new customer acquisition targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises. The position is goal-oriented and suits you who thrive in a fast-paced environment with a competitive spirit and clear objectives.
About the roleYou will work 50/50 with existing customers and new customer acquisition. The work takes place both from the office and out with customers, which requires flexibility and the ability to plan your own customer visits. The focus is on driving business within the Zyxel range, creating long-term customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets. The employment includes a fixed salary and quarterly bonuses linked to achieved goals.
ResponsibilitiesProcess and develop the existing customer portfolio to increase upselling and retention
Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities within small and medium-sized enterprises
Conduct customer meetings both on-site and digitally
Collaborate with technical support and delivery teams to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
Establish and follow up on quotes, contracts, and business plans
Work goal-oriented and report against set KPIs in the CRM system
Experience in B2B sales
Understanding of similar network solutions is an advantage
Sports background or documented competitive orientation demonstrating drive, teamwork, and goal focus
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Driving license B is a requirement
Results-oriented, goal-focused, and competitive
Communicative and relationship-building with high social competence
Self-driven, structured, and action-oriented
Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs
Positive attitude and ability to inspire colleagues and customers
